Drawing + Crafts Art Class (9-13 years)

Term 5 :

This 6 week block of Drawing classes begin on May 8th to June 5th 2024. Class is held on Wednesdays from 4pm to 5.30pm in The Presentation Art Centre, Enniscorthy.

In these classes we will continue working with Pencils and Pens with the addition of craft elements such as fabric and paint.

These classes are created from the students own suggestions of what they would like to learn about. This term students have selected :

• Drawing : Animals and Nature (2-3 weeks)

• Crafting : Make paper-maché hot-air balloons from newspaper, fabric and paint (2-3 weeks)

Students will need:

• an A4 *sketchbook for class projects (Mr Price has an excellent brown sketchbook with a geometric animal on the front.)

• Shading Pencils : B, 2B, 3B, 4B, 5B and 6B (Mr Price budget friendly)

• Eraser & Sharpener

• Fine-liner Black Ink Pens (Mr price has a pack of 5 available which includes various nibs that are great to draw with.)

Children are allowed to bring a light snack/drink should they wish.

As places are limited please book early to avoid disappointment.
